We are on a mission to simply to provide you with great tasting & nutritious Italian food that is made with clean & REAL ingredients. Our pasta is plant based made with locally grown Ontario vegetables & made with a variety of wheat & non wheat flours.
Our fresh pasta is extruded using the age-old technique of pasta extrusion using bronze dies that gives our pasta a distinct texture that holds sauces perfectly. Fresh vegetables are added into our pasta dough for extra nutrition & unique colour.
